1Acceptance of Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you as an individual user and TVTogel as a registered online entertainment platform operator. These Terms apply to all use of the TVTogel platform, including the website, mobile application (if available), and all services provided.

By performing any of the following actions, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply fully with these Terms:

• Register a new TVTogel account
• Log in to an existing account
• Making any deposit or financial transaction
• Using any game or service on the TVTogel platform
• Claiming any bonus or promotion

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the TVTogel platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Minimum age: You must be 18 years of age or above on the date of registration. TVTogel does not permit anyone under the legal age to use our platform in any capacity.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.
• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) TVTogel account. Owning multiple accounts may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration and use of the platform must be accurate, truthful and up to date.
• Non-employee: TVTogel employees and their immediate family members are not permitted to register or play on the platform.

TVTogel reserves the right to request proof of identity (national ID, passport, or other statutory documents) at any time for age and identity verification purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.

3Registration & Account Management

Registering with TVTogel is simple and free. You will need to provide your full name, a valid email address, an active Malaysian mobile number, and a strong password. This information will be used to verify your identity and facilitate financial transactions.

Account security is solely your responsibility. TVTogel recommends that you:

• Use a unique, strong password (at least 8 characters, containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols)
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices
• Notify TVTogel immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation

4Deposit & Payment Methods

TVTogel supports a wide range of Malaysian payment methods for members' convenience. All transactions are conducted exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

TVTogel requires that deposits be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and may result in your account being suspended and the balance returned to its original source.

TVTogel does not store your credit or debit card information. All payments are processed through secure, PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment gateways.

5Withdrawal of Winnings

TVTogel is committed to processing all valid withdrawals within one (1) business hour. Withdrawals are typically processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering policy.

Withdrawal conditions that must be met:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC) before your first withdrawal can be processed
• Minimum withdrawal is RM50 per transaction
• Bonus balance must meet the wagering requirement (rollover) before it can be withdrawn
• Withdrawals exceeding RM10,000 requires additional verification within 24 hours
• TVTogel reserves the right to request proof of source of funds for withdrawals exceeding a certain threshold

6Bonuses, Promotions & Rewards

TVTogel offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including new member welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, poker freerolls, and festive promotions such as Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Aidiladha, Chinese New Year, and Malaysia National Day.

All bonuses are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated:

• Rollover requirement: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) that must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Rollover requirements are clearly stated on each promotion page.
• Validity period: Every bonus has an expiry date. Unused bonuses will be automatically removed once the validity period lapses.
• One bonus at a time: By default, only one bonus may be active at a time, unless the relevant promotion's terms state otherwise.
• Prohibited misuse: TVTogel reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or low-risk betting strategies intended to accumulate bonus funds.

TVTogel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion without prior notice. TVTogel's decision on all matters relating to bonuses is final.

7Game Rules

All games offered on TVTogel – including slots, roulette, Texas Hold'em poker, live table games, Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League and EPL football, cricket, badminton), virtual sports and e-sports – have their own specific rules, available on each game's page.

General rules applicable to all games:

• All game outcomes are final and may not be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a verifiable technical failure
• Technical failures or internet connectivity disruptions during an active round will be resolved in accordance with the respective game's policy
• TVTogel uses RNG (Random Number Generator) software that has received independent fairness certification – game outcomes cannot be manipulated by anyone
• Bets placed after the market closing date will not be accepted

8Prohibited Member Conduct

TVTogel members are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following actions. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent closure without compensation:

• Registering or managing more than one TVTogel account
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity
• Using automated software (bots), AI-assisted tools, or any technical means to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion)
• Attempting to exploit bugs, code errors, or inconsistencies within TVTogel's systems
• Using the TVTogel platform for any money laundering or financing of illegal activities
• Harassing, threatening, or behaving disrespectfully toward TVTogel staff or other members
• Selling, transferring, or trading your TVTogel account to another party

9Account Suspension & Closure

TVTogel reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions
• Age or identity verification failed
• There is suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Instructions from the relevant authorities
• Account inactive for more than 12 consecutive months

In cases where an account is closed due to a violation, TVTogel reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with suspected activity that breaches these Terms. Members may submit a written appeal to support@tvtogel.ws within 30 days of the account closure date.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the TVTogel support team via live chat. Any eligible balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process.

10Privacy & Data Protection

TVTogel is committed to protecting the privacy of all its members. The collection, use, and protection of your personal data are governed by TVTogel Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms.

In summary, TVTogel:

• Protects your data using 256-bit SSL encryption
• Not selling or sharing your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent
• Retaining financial transaction data in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements
• Grants you the right to request access to, correction of, and deletion of your personal data

11Responsible Gaming

TVTogel takes its social responsibility seriously. We believe entertainment should be enjoyed in a healthy and controlled manner. Our platform provides the following self-protection tools, which any member can activate at any time:

• Daily/weekly/monthly deposit limits – set a maximum deposit limit to prevent overspending
• Loss limit – set a maximum loss limit within a defined period
• Temporary cooling-off period – take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days
• Self-exclusion – permanently close access to the platform, or for a period of 6 months to 5 years
• Self-assessment – complete a questionnaire to assess your gambling habits

TVTogel does not permit individuals who have opted for self-exclusion to reopen their account before the exclusion period ends. 12Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, TVTogel shall not be liable for:

• Losses or damages arising from service interruptions, technical failures, or circumstances beyond TVTogel's control (force majeure)
• Betting or game results that have been fairly settled in accordance with the stated rules
• Losses arising from unauthorised third-party access due to member negligence
• Indirect loss of profits, revenue, income or business opportunities

TVTogel's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

13Intellectual Property

All content on the TVTogel platform — including brand names, logos, interface design, text, graphics, images, software, and code — is the property of TVTogel or its respective licensees and is protected under Malaysia's copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to:

• Copying, redistributing, or commercially exploiting any TVTogel content
• Using TVTogel's name, logo or brand without prior written consent
• Republishing platform content for any public or commercial purpose

14Amendment of Terms

TVTogel reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The date of the latest revision will always be displayed at the top of this page.

It is the member's responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions page periodically. Continued use of the TVTogel platform after any amendment is published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes made, you must stop using the platform and contact us to close your account.
